1. Agreement

By creating a Mekora account or using the Mekora app or website, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by [INFORMATION REQUIRED] (legal business name).

2. Eligibility and minimum age

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mekora.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You must not be barred from using the service under applicable law, and must not have been previously removed from Mekora.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable conduct

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You must not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or exploit others; post hate speech or illegal content; solicit money; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or use Mekora for commercial promotion without our permission.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Mekora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate, promote within the app, and improve the service. 6. Safety

Mekora provides safety tools, including optional identity verification, blocking and reporting. These tools reduce risk but do not guarantee that any person is safe, honest or suitable. 7. Fees

8. Suspension and termination

9. Intellectual property

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mekora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. 12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta, without regard to conflict of law rules.
